Program topics and learning activity examples will be shared. Review of pre-and post-program data of leader efficacy, burnout, and NM turnover retention will be reviewed.

Learning Objectives

  • Explore the connection between leader efficacy, nurse manager burnout, and nurse manager retention.
  • Apply a triad learning approach to build a leadership development program to retain nurse managers.
