Presented by Nora Gelperin, MEd, Director of Sexuality Education and Training, Advocates for Youth. Advocates for Youth has released Rights, Respect, Responsibility, a new free K-12 sexuality education curriculum. This webinar will describe key components of the curriculum, how it differs from other curricula, and help learners analyze if the Rights, Respect, Responsibility curriculum can supplement their existing curricula. School health coordinators, health educators, school nurses, administrators, and advocates interested in learning more about Rights, Respect, Responsibility are welcome to join this free webinar.
At the end of this webinar, attendees will be able to:
- Describe at least three key components of Rights, Respect, Responsibility
- List at least two ways that Rights, Respect, Responsibility is different from all other sex ed curricula.
- Analyze whether components of Rights, Respect, Responsibility could supplement their current efforts.
