Objectives
- Increase awareness of advances in medical technologies used by students with special health care needs
- Increase confidence in accessing available resources for students supported by medical technologies
- Be able to identify best practices for caring for students with Gastrostomy-Tubes, Lines, Pumps, and Tracheostomies
- Have an opportunity for hands on practice with two of the four medical technologies presented
- Increase confidence in advocating for students with medical technologies presented at workshop
