Additional Information

The likelihood of schools or youth-serving agencies encountering a suicidal youth is real. Few events are more painful or potentially disruptive to the community than suicide. Protocols provide guidance on steps to take to safely assist youth and staff by providing them with direction, structure and support. This training provides important information for schools interested in developing protocols for suicide prevention, intervention and postvention.
