Infusion Nurse New

Join a caring, collaborative team dedicated to delivering top-quality infusion therapy in patients’ homes. As part of Optum, you'll help transform healthcare and ensure patients receive personalized, high-value treatment in the comfort of their homes.

What You'll Do

• Travel locally to administer infusion therapy, including IV, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intrathecal routes
• Perform vascular access: PIV placement, PICC/central line dressing changes, port access
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy administration and monitoring
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement physician orders
• Complete clinical documentation: care plans, visit notes, medication profiles, discharge summaries
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care teams for safe, effective care delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Maine
• Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience; infusion/home health preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout the Kennebunk area
• Strong documentation skills and proficiency with electronic medical records

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $28.61 – $56.06 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
