Marijuana Community Discussion on Video

On April 26th, a community discussion about marijuana was held in Belfast.  Robin Carr, a Substance Use Prevention Coordinator for the city of Bangor gives a compelling presentation on marijuana and the current issues and concerns surrounding youth access and implications, followed by a panel discussion.  With recreational marijuana legalization about to take effect in Maine, we must be educated AND educate our students.
