LD 798 Update

The Senate approved LD 798 with the amendment to preserve religious exemptions. It will now go back to the House. The House can insist, (which means that they insist )on their previous vote and to not allow religious or philosophical exemptions. It will then go back to the Senate in nonconcurance. That means the Senate will have another opportunity to support the LD 798 without amendments. 

What can you do?:

1. Contact members of the House and ask them to insist on LD 798 without amendment.

2. Then contact Senators Herbig, Luchini and Dill if they are in your District.

Watch for possible upcoming consituent meetings with Luchini and Dill.
