Maine Association of School Nurses

Step Up and be Counted!

Posted about 9 years ago by Patricia Endsley

This Announcement is sent on behalf of Margaret Cellucci, Director of Communications at National Association of School Nurses

We invite you to step up and be counted!

The National Association of School Nurses and National Association of State School Nurse Consultants are working together to develop a national database with data to describe school health services, where we work, the community we care for, the nature of our practice and outcomes for our care.

We invite all school nurses-you don't need to be a NASN member-working in any type of school setting (public or private) to step up and be counted!

It means that school nurses collect the same data, the same way across the country.

We have identified specific data points –that you can start collecting now. Go to http://nasn.org/stepupbecounted to learn more about this project.

MASN encourages Maine School Nurses to "STEP UP" and "BE COUNTED" too!
