Dear School Nurse Colleagues,
As you may have heard, the proposed biennial state budget has significant cuts to the Fund for a Healthy Maine (FHM). These cuts will seriously impact the Healthy Maine Partnerships and public health infrastructure throughout the state. MASN is sending a letter to the legislative hearing on March 2nd in opposition to this proposal. Attached are Talking Points on the FHM and a sample letter. Please, make a call, write a letter or send an email. Your legislators need to hear from you!
